UNIVERSITY HILL COMMUNITY LIFE

Academy Community Life  – explore more of what sets  Academy  University Hill apart. Residents enjoy a variety of activities, including discussion groups, play-reading, flower-arranging, bridge, art classes, scenic hikes, frequent concerts, and numerous off-campus outings. We love parties and fun-themed celebrations such as summer garden parties and Robert Burns night. Too many choices, so much fun!  Our culture is what defines us. We recognize that wellbeing demands the exercise of our minds, bodies, spirits, and engagement – with art, music, knowledge, nature, and each other.

Art Classes

Picasso once said, ” the purpose of  art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls.” At Academy University Hill there are weekly art classes taught by wonderful artists to help our residents do just that!

Historic Chapel Hall

Our Historic Chapel Hall serves as the venue for a host of musical performances and cultural presentations. With a capacity of 150 persons, it is also the space in  which we hold some of our larger Academy celebrations and social events.
